What should I do if I cannot turn on my device?
Make sure there is enough power in the battery.

Make sure you place the battery into the compartment correctly.

Make sure the battery contact point is clean.

Try to plug in the power adaptor into the device and try to turn on the device.

Go to【SYS】select 【Handwriting Setting】tab 【F1 Touch Panel Calibration】to tap the centers of the targets to calibrate the sensitivity and accurate position of the touch panel then tab 【Finish】 to exit.

Make sure there is enough power in the battery.

Test the pronunciation/ sound by adjusting the sound volume to maximum.
